[wiki] Page deletion guidelines (was: CategoryQuestionableContent)

Hi :)
The longer wording might just confuse people.  It is probably more
accurate but the shorter line is friendlier and gets the point across.

Just my opinion though.  I can understand getting extremely frustrated
with the wiki as it is at the moment, particularly at this time of
year when so much is going on in various faiths and things like Black
History Month, Disability History Month and the darkest days of
winter.
