[wiki] Tag for inadvisable content

Hi :)
Hmmm, that is not entirely inaccurate. However i think the most
important and obvious point has been left out of that description.

So i guess the question now is whether to create a new tag or just to
add a line to the description? People have probably already been
using this tag for this issue even though it's not been explicitly
stated in the description.

Could we just renumber the existing points so they go from 2-4 and add
a new point 1
"possible misleading or inaccurate information that needs to be corrected"

Regards from
Tom :)
