Refreshing Community Help Wiki tag look

Hey,

I created a page with proposals to update the tags [1] on the Communiy
Help Wiki today.

Let me know if you think there is any reason not to update the tags, or
I'll go ahead and push them to production soon.

Fabulous work.
IMO, there's no reason against updating the tags and pushing your proposal into production.
