[wiki] Tag for inadvisable content

I'm about to edit
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EnvironmentVariables, partly because
it contains recommendations that are debatable or inadvisable. However,
there is no suitable tag to mark the need to edit a page for such reasons.

I added "Content cleanup required", even if it's not spelling, grammar
or structure that bothers me - it's the actual content.

I would suggest that "Style cleanup required" is changed to also be used
to flag poor spelling, grammar or structure, and that the meaning of the
content tag is changed to really be about the content.
