This sort of confusion is going to continue happening until The
Powers That Be change the names/addresses of all of them and make
them consistent. Right now they're a complete mess, and have been for
quite some time. The fact that this topic comes up as often as it
does (not just here, but also in other places) should be a big red
flag to The Powers That Be that Something Needs To Be Done.

Here is what my research has borne out as to what currently exists.
Feel free to correct any of this if it's not accurate:

====================
    URL: https://help.ubuntu.com/
  TITLE: Official Ubuntu Documentation
HEADING: Official Ubuntu Documentation
  ABOUT: This is not a wiki. This is a web page that contains a copy of the documentation that ships with Ubuntu. Anyone can contribute to maintaining it by submitting a bug report or a merge proposal or by joining the Ubuntu Documentation Project Team at https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-doc and using tools such as Bazaar and Mallard to make changes. The Ubuntu Documentation Team is responsible for making sure its contents are clear, correct, and current, and for having it ready in time for each Ubuntu release.

    URL: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/
  TITLE: Ubuntu wiki
HEADING: UserDocumentation
  ABOUT: This is a wiki. Anyone can create and/or edit most pages. Wiki administrators (people with specific privileges earned by demonstrating competence and trustworthiness over a period of time) can rename pages, delete pages, and manipulate core (required) pages and files.

    URL: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/
  TITLE: Ubuntu team wiki
HEADING: Home
  ABOUT: This is a wiki. It is used by the Ubuntu teams. The banner at the top of each page is misleading because it says "ubuntu wiki". Anyone can create and/or edit most pages. Wiki administrators (people with specific privileges earned by demonstrating competence and trustworthiness over a period of time) can rename pages, delete pages, and manipulate core (required) pages and files.

In my opinion, those should be change to these:

====================
    URL: https://documentation.ubuntu.com
  TITLE: Ubuntu Documentation
HEADING: Ubuntu Documentation
  ABOUT: The documentation that ships with Ubuntu.

    URL: https://wiki.ubuntu.com
  TITLE: Ubuntu Wiki
HEADING: Ubuntu Wiki
  ABOUT: The wiki for everybody.

    URL: https://teams.ubuntu.com
  TITLE: Ubuntu Teams
HEADING: Ubuntu Teams
  ABOUT: The wiki for teams.
====================

Just my two cents. (:
