Hi there,

I'm one of the help.ubuntu.com/community/ wiki admins[0] (part of the
EditorGroup[1])

The Ubuntu Doc team is currently working to clarify to users what the
official documentation is and is the wiki, to this end we want to
remove the formal word "Documentation" from the wiki page headers and
make clear in all instances that it is indeed the "Community Help
Wiki"

To this end, it was proposed[2] and agreed to that we do the following:

* Change the wiki name of the root page in the config from
UserDocumentation to CommunityHelpWiki

* Change the string that is appended to the HTML title for all the
wiki pages from "Community Ubuntu Documentation" to "Community Help
Wiki"

I believe these are both set in the moin config file, so we don't have
access to modifying them.

Thank you.
