Within the context of the existing structure of the docs-team wiki
pages "system documentation" means the official documentation which
means the desktop guide and the server guide.

I had no idea what "bikeshed" means. For other like me see:

For me at least, the reasoning makes sense.

To Do:

1.) make sure that [1] and [2] are still the same
2.) move [1] to [3], hopefully keeping the history.
3.) revert [2] to revision 29.
4.) fix the getting started link in the reverted [2]
    to point to [3] instead of the non-existent [4].
    (actually, I think we'll make some other changes
    to the reverted [2] later).
