Mailing list administration

Dear all,

We have four administrators of the mailing list, but none of them are
active contributors to the team or the mailing list, so it would be
good to get some new administrators.

Mailing list administration is pretty easy, the web interface is
pretty self-explanatory. The main job is really just to process
pending requests from people posting to the list who are not
subscribed - those emails get held in a queue. 95% of them are spam,
but occasionally there are emails which need to be approved.

Is anyone willing to take this on?
