Ubuntu Documentation - Getting Started

Hi :)  

Ahh, so we do need a link to the GPG page from the Getting Started one.  


But GPG has wider uses so it could do with having a page on it's own so that other people can work it out without getting distracted by side-issues. I think that's right isn't it?
