Ubuntu Documentation - Getting Started

Hi :)
Good plan! :)

I don't like the idea of losing any of the information that has been built up over the years but shifting great chunks of it off onto separate pages and getting the main pages down to future-proof stuff that is relevant now seems like a great plan.
