I have a revision for:

lp:~ubuntu-core-doc/ubuntu-docs/help.ubuntu.com

almost ready to push. It only has the serverguide stuff added so far, and
I have reconciled all differences in the number of files and such between
12.10 and 13.04. I also edited the highest level index.html, but it will
need another edit on or about the actual 13.04 release date, as 13.04
is listed as development, and I left 12.10 as the current stable version.
I will do that edit at the appropriate time.

Question: Is the next level index.html file also created manually, or
generated elsewhere?
(meaning the 13.04 equivalent of this:
https://help.ubuntu.com/12.10/index.html )

Regardless of the answer, I will have to make at least a temporary version
to be able to navigate to the serverguide.
