As I am not able to subscribe or contribute to the doc mailing list,
this email exchange was forwarded to me-

I'm glad the issue with the community wiki is being looked into, but
you're currently looking at the WRONG WIKI. The community wiki that
was having problems is help.ubuntu.com, NOT wiki.ubuntu.com. AFAIK
wiki.ubuntu.com has never had any of these problems.
