Hi Thomas,

when the manual is released it will be available at [1]. Why not grab the
12.04 2nd edition to bide you over? Whilst you are on that site, please do
look at the areas that need people to help out in. You could well be one of
those who contributes to the 13.04 edition.

The release notes for each milestone during the testing stages, including
the final release are documented at [2]. They give a 'zero day' look at the
milestone releases (final being the one most people are interested in).
They also cover any issues that will be available for immediate fix.
