Gunnar, would you be willing to move your forum post to
help.ubuntu.com/community or askubuntu.com ? I'll go ahead and add
that link to ubuntu-docs for quantal if you can get me the link today.

Either of those two sites have a lot of advantages: They can be edited
and improved by a much wider community. They have in my opinion a
better UI for getting information to people. And the help wiki or
AskUbuntu are more official sites for getting help rather than
discussion.
