UIFe Greeter UI nits

Hello!  John Lea from the design team has requested a set of four 
changes to the greeter for 12.10.

1) Lower the user name label by a bit.

2) Only show the session chooser button if more than one session 
exists.  (which by default on Ubuntu, means that it won't be shown)

3) Make menubar height match Unity bar's height (24 pixels).

4) Add drop shadow to menubar.
