UI and String changes for Ubuntu SSO Client

Hi all,

We would like to fix bug #974637 [1], in Ubuntu Quantal, and it is
now past UI freeze so we will need an exception. This bug is a
regression from the previous GTK+ sign-on and register dialogs in
ubuntu-sso-client, that have now been removed.

We should hopefully be able to use a couple of existing strings in the
code for this change, but are still waiting for our design team to give
an answer on that. If we are unable to use these existing strings due
to their length or because they aren't the best option, there will be
two new short strings to describe the relevant action for signing in
with an existing account, or registering a new account, depending on
the context of which dialog they are displayed in, as per the needs of
the bug.
