UI Freeze Exception Request - unity-greeter dialog box text update

Hi,

This message is to inform your of a new UI Freeze Exception Request, per

The change impacts the unity-greeter package, more specifically the 
dialog box that is displayed as an information screen for the new remote 
login feature. It is accessible by clicking on the question mark icon 
(?) next to the entry. The entry is generally displayed at the bottom of 
the user list of the Unity Greeter.

Note on the documentation impact: I don't think that this dialog box is 
officially documented, nor captured in a screenshot, since it is 
introduced as a preview service just for 12.10.

Note on the translation impact: the string change is essentially a copy 
of an existing string, with the removal of the mention of a Citrix 
support, as documented in this merge proposal:

The request has also been placed on the release team radar, waiting for
