Serious flaw with ubuntu 12.04 server docs and file servers

I m looking for some documentation on samba and I have found that in the
server documentation found
https://help.ubuntu.com/12.04/serverguide/file-servers.html there is no
documentation for samba at all. Was there a reason for omission or was it a
mistake during the cycle when getting the documentation together.
