Untranslated string + dash or Dash

Hello andrej,
Thank you so much for pointing out this error, I would never have found 
it :(
and
Paddy wrote: I believe that these are proper names according to 
Canonical, thus capitalised.
So, I guess dash and launcher should be replaced by Dash and Launcher in 
the Desktop Guide.

P.s.: forgive me for mentioning two different things in one email. I did 
it because in the same string I noticed dash where I would have used Dash.
