Migrating help.ubuntu.com to SUMO

For those who have not tried the SUMO instance that Michael Hall put up 
I encourage you to give it a spin
because it is much nicer then the platform being used currently and it 
is something that I personally would love to see
replace help.ubuntu.com in the near future.
