Just a quick note that updating the POT file in the Ubuntu package does 
not need an upload of the package.

It can simply be uploaded manually in Launchpad by the project owner(s). 
Or with a script in the ubuntu-l10n-tools PPA (*)

(*) Although it's not been widely tested, so I'd suggest manual uploads 
for now.
