Evaluating Mozilla's SUMO for help.ubuntu.com

I have been asked to look at Mozilla SUMO, the code behind
support.mozilla.org, with an eye towards using it to power
help.ubuntu.com.  Attached is a report[1] looking at it's features and
technology.  You can also play with a test instance I setup at
http://91.189.93.114/en-US/home

Please let me know what your thoughts are this idea.

[1] My previous email was rejected by the list moderator for being too
