I can help you with the preparations if you like. And I will also be

I agree with Patrick that it would be a good idea to quote
generate some coordination between our manual and the documentation 
team. unquote
I have been thinking about this for a while, but haven't taken any 
action yet.
Therefore I send this email to the ubuntu-docs list as well.
