Dubious Stallman thumbnail in our docs

Hi :)
He does look a bit mad but my beard is longer even if it's not as full.  It's the stereo-typical uniform of the geek and he is a top geek so i really don't see the problem.  It might be good to have a pic of a suit-wearer, preferably a lass or Mr Shuttleworth, somewhere to even the balance a little.  We wouldn't be where we are today without Richard Stallman so a nice little homage to him is very appropriate.
