UIFe: installer panel colour fix

https://launchpad.net/bugs/982883 documents that the top panel in the
installer is coloured wrongly.  Instead of the light-coloured segment in
https://launchpadlibrarian.net/102099035/Selection_023.png, it should be
a uniform gradient all the way across.  This is a regression from 11.10,
I consider it a bug, and I'd like to get it fixed for release - are
there screenshots anywhere that show the current broken behaviour?
