Merge requests for serverguide

Hi :)
I think the server-docs team is very small and does an excellent job.  I think they deserve congrats rather than criticism (even tho it wasn't really meant as criticism).  

However, i think that if they can follow the same freeze-date that other docs do then it might help.  Presumably it's reasonably easy to keep working on updating it but just avoid uploading the updates until after the freeze is over.

Things can't always be perfect and there is never enough time to do things properly the first time but hopefully there is chance to get it better for the time after this one.
