Draft 11.10 Release Notes - editorial help needed.

I don't have edit access to the Release Notes otherwise I could do some 
clean up.

Here is one thing that needs fixing:


      Updated Applications

*KDE 4.7.1*provides an entire selection updated software.

Should be:


      Updated Applications

*KDE 4.7.1*provides an entire selection of updated software.
