Ubuntu Server Guide

I would like to see it organized on functional lines. For example:

1. Installation (but keep it minimal - a person setting up a server has
probably installed Ubuntu before.)

2. Web Server
3. File Server
4. Domain Controller
5. Email 
6. other server types?

7. Server management from the command line
8. Headless server administration

The last two might even be appendices.

Then put everything else under the server types. For example:
3. File Server
 a) Windows-style shared folders
 b) NFS file sharing
 c) FTP server
 d) Database server
 e) DLNA server
