A reasonably good time historically for the team has been European
evenings during the weekends - that allows at least European and US
participation, which makes up most of the core contributors at
present.

I would personally quite like a time around 19 or 20 UTC on Saturday
or Sunday, although I could ordinarily manage that kind of time on a
weekday as well.

I don't know whether we can manage weekly meetings - that is quite a
heavy time investment - but I like the idea of trying this until we
have got all the planning which we would like to do for Oneiric out of
the way. I would hope that 2 or 3 1-hour meetings would be enough for
this but you never know!
