Localisation of help.ubuntu.com

Hello!

Slovenian translation team would be interested in having a translatable
help.ubuntu.com for the following reasons:
a) less infrastructure to maintain
b) translating docs is much faster than writing from scratch
c) it's easier to track progress (each time you open a localised
help.ubuntu.com) you see what is missing.
