UIFe notification: New Firefox Desktop shortcut groups for Unity launcher quicklist

Hello all!

I have been working on bug #741046 [1] in Firefox which adds 2 new
entries to the Unity Firefox Icon Launcher quicklist. These are:

1) Open a New Window
2) Open a New Tab

We will be adding Open a New Window immediately after we get a UIFe, and
we'll also add Open a New Tab a few days later. Translations for both of
the strings have already set up on [2] by David Planella (Thanks a lot
for that!). Translated strings for 3 locales have already been merged
into the proposed debdiff which will add this change.

The rationale behind the change is mentioned clearly by Rick Spencer in
his comment #15 on [1]. I am pasting Rick's comment here:

"Here's why New Import is vital to the usabliity of Unity:

1. Work away on your netbook, have one or more browser widnows open
2. decide to navigate to a new workspace to transition to a different
task set
3. navigate to the works space
4. open a browser window

Result:
with no middle button, you can't open the window, if you click the
browser you end up going back to the old workspace

This happens to me daily, and is infuriating.

This will need a UI Freeze exception, so we should do it asap to avoid
impact there"

The bug description also mentions why this was a necessity. It was
mainly because the 'Open a new window of this app' feature was dropped
from the Unity launcher after Alpha 1. This was because most apps didn't
support multiple instances of themselves. It was decided that this would
be implemented via a static quicklist on those and only those
applications which support multiple instances (such as Firefox).
