How to generate html from xml for gnome-user-docs

Hello !

I would like to create html pages of ubuntu user documentation in slovenian
language.
I used this page -
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DocumentationTeam/Translation (really
helpful, good job writing the wiki!) and while I managed to create html for
the first part (Testing translations) I don't know which command should I
use to generate html for gnome-user-docs documentation.

Would anyone be kind enough and point in the right direction with this?
