Docs on building large-scale Ubuntu derivatives

There's some more progress on the document; I've looked into full
Ubuntu way of ISO building briefly, it seems to have a comprehensive
README, so I've just linked to it. An easier way is being investigated
in another doc:

I think the main document

is almost complete. Are there any specific steps I should take before
linking to it from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SeedManagement and
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LiveCDCustomization (except
completing it of course)?
