Enter your email address at the bottom of this page:

https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-doc

Then, click "Unsubscribe or Edit Options". You can get a password
reminder from there. The same link should also allow you to change from
digest emails once you have a new password.
