Gnome docs update before Beta 2?

As far as I can see the beta freeze should have been yesterday, but I
didn't see it announced on ubuntu-devel yet so I have uploaded the
latest branch to make sure that we have something in place (fingers
crossed).
We can send a further update later.
It does mean that the help will be untranslated for the release, but
as discussed on the bug report, unfortunately I think that it is a
choice between two evils and it is better to have untranslated help
rather than no help at all. We can commit to pushing translation
updates after the release.
