Ways to help with Ubuntu docs

Hi All,

I've been doing some work on the docs, but I thought I should seek some help
on these items, too. Here is a not-so-brief run-down on what I think needs
work. The sources are currently at:
lp:~ubuntu-core-doc/gnome-user-docs/natty-unity/

I've started out where I think it might be easiest to help, but there's room
for everyone to contribute.

Easy to Adapt?
-- Without having looked into them too much, I think these topics could be
relatively easier to adapt than some other sections and topics. If you are
new to Ubuntu docs or Mallard, I think topics in these sections would be a
good place to start. In some cases you might just have to change a sentence
or a phrase or two, and you're done!
* Sound Video and Pictures
* Files Folders and Search
* Hardware and Drivers

Introductory Sections (This is what I propose for the top-level intro
sections... the cool mouse-over stuff. The titles will be different than
written them here, but I think the subjects are ok. I'm not married to these
topics, though . . . Any suggestions?)
- Welcome to Ubuntu 11.04
- Using the Launcher
- Using the Dash
- Using the Application Menu (link to items in the user help and the
application help as appropriate)
- About Ubuntu - We can take from our current documentation and also include
sub-topics about contributing to Ubuntu and developing for Ubuntu.
-- Contribute to Ubuntu
--- File bugs
--- Request features ( brainstorm.ubuntu.com )
--- Contribute to a Team

-- Develop for Ubuntu
---- Developer resources
---- Packager resources

Needs Refactoring
-- I think these topics might need to be more heavily refactored to be
suitable for Ubuntu. May be a bit more difficult than the topics in the
"Easy to Adapt?" section.

* Web email and Chat + Internet and networking
 - Although we separated these sections with the best of intentions, the
help files in the two categories overlap quite a bit, and it would be good
if we could combine them.

* User and System Settings
 - May need some significant refactoring due to Gnome using a different
applet for system configurations
 - Needs to add information about changing the theme.

* Universal Access

* Tips and Tricks

Need to add sections or additional help topics
* Add and remove programs (I think this should be a top-level section)

* Get More Help
- About this guide (done)
- Reference Canonical Support
- Ubuntu Wiki
- askubuntu.com
- Ubuntu Mailing Lists
- Ubuntu Forums
- Ubuntu IRC channels

What do you think?

I know that there are some holes with the content, but I'd like to at least
make sure that what we have is relevant to Ubuntu. We can add more help
topics in later releases.
