Fwd: Gwibber manual licensing

FYI, all. The authors from the Vancouver Loco team who wrote a Gwibber
manual have graciously agreed to license it under a CC-by-SA 3.0 Unported
license. This means that content from it can be included in Gwibber proper,
Ubuntu-docs, Fedora docs, etc. provided that we provide the original authors
with attribution.

Happy times.  : )
