UI freeze exception: Color change to review stars in Software Center details view and review dialog

Hello Docs team!

We would like to make a small tweak in Software Center such that the
colors of the review stars match across the entire UI. The color change
is needed in two places; the item details screen and the review dialog
itself. Note that it's a fairly subtle color change.
