Proposing new committer - ~heymrdjd

I've reviewed and committed several patches from "Book 'em Dano" over
the past few days and have been very impressed by their quality. He
has sent 8 patches for xubuntu-docs which you can see/review here:

He has also done some patches for ubuntu-docs.

I think he would be a good addition to the ~ubuntu-core-doc team and
recommend him for membership. Any thoughts?
