Removal of "Switching from Windows" and "Windows" documents

As per https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-docs/+bug/502299/comments/14
these documents are no longer updated or used in the Ubuntu Help
Center. I've therefore removed them from the maverick branch. If we
need the document again for whatever reason we can easily recover it
from bzr.

I'd ask David Planella, reading in copy, to remove the
"ubuntu-docs-windows" template from Launchpad accordingly.
