REVIEW request: 10.10 beta Release Notes Draft input request by 16:00 UTC

A draft of the Release Notes can now be found at:

Can you please proof read it, and fix any factual errors, style issues,
grammar, typos, etc.  you spot.   It was derived from the beta announce
used for Lucid - so verifying that there are no inadvertant references
to the earlier release would be appreciated.  ;)
