Where do ubuntu-docs translations go?

These are considerations that we need to balance. I personally think
that it is clearer for localised users to have their material in the
central site for that language, but as I said I am interested in
knowing what other local teams think about this. I think the solution
of having auto-detection functions on help.u.c which direct users to
the right place would probably give us the best of both worlds, and I
hope that this initiative will be completed.

This is because Launchpad distinguishes between upstream projects and
Ubuntu packages - here at ubuntu-docs we frequently fall halfway
between the two. That means that we store code in the upstream area,
and store bugs and translations in the Ubuntu package area.
Unfortunately there is no good way to link the two together, and this
is a known bug with Launchpad.
