I don't have access to the prior commits, and I'm not fully sure if this
will help in the future, but did you use the bzr bind feature that was
previously mentioned on-list?

Also, I think it's better to not try and "resubmit" a prior revision, but to
just correct anything that needs correcting as part of additional revisions.
 So, if you notice that something you submitted in revision #215 wasn't
quite the way you want it, but you're up to revision #220, just submit your
corrections as revision #221. This is the best way to keep and track
history.
