headings on the wiki

Hi :)

I find the automatically generated index much more useful when the = is used for each of the main headings on the page. Starting with those headings as == means the auto-index looks dumb and doesn't show enough levels of sub-headings. Also using = to title a page rather than using 

#title 

means that pages end up with 2 or 3 titles all saying very much the same thing without adding anything to clarity
