Welcome! Here are a few projects that you might be interested in:

Installation guide: Working with the manual team to put together a
high-quality installation guide. It would be based on the installation
chapter in the Ubuntu manual, and would involve some work on the wiki
too.

Upstream GNOME docs: The entirety of the GNOME desktop help is being
rewritten using the new Mallard format. There are plenty of topics to
write.

Test Mallard conversion: We'd like to convert a section of the Ubuntu
docs to Mallard so we can evaluate whether all of the docs should be
switched to Mallard or not.

Please let me know if you'd like to try your hand at any of these, and
we can get started right away.
