[wish-list] let kubuntu-docs get the kubuntu.org theme love

Hi,

I'm glad to see that kubuntu is alive and kicking. If I may be so bold as to
suggest you have your documents over at the https://wiki.ubuntu.com area.
 I'm a lubuntu user, but do have fond memories of knoppix and I do read good
things about kubuntu. I've been herding / creating documents over at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu I am a great believer in that it is resource
wasteful to have various documents posted in different areas as it is a
nightmare to keep all versions up to date and causes confusion for the
people looking for help.
