broken link in wiki site footer

Hello all,

Today a user pointed out that link to MoinMoin wiki in the foot-notes of
the wiki pages is broken.

Right now it links to http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de which is broken
The working site is http://www.wikiwikiweb.de/moinmoin

Though I know that this is not within the purview of doc-team, I am not
sure whom to report. Is it the ubuntu-doc-wiki-admins [1] team?

Should it be directly contacted or a bug be filed (against which
package?)
