What would be the most useful intermediary format for creating
PDF files? Are people happy with the DocBook->PDF tools? Going
to DocBook (4 or 5) from a Mallard document like SWFK should
be straightforward. The hardest part is linearization. I do
have code for that, but how well its output suits your needs
will depend on your document. For something designed to be
linear, though, the results should be good.
