+1 for giving Vikram commit rights to things.  If I recall correctly he
should become a part of Ubuntu Core Doc to get commit rights.  I've
sponsored some of his uploads in the past without problems.

Also Vikram, right now on the kubuntu-docs side of things, not much has
changed commit wise or structure wise.  Right now most of what is being
committed into lp:kubuntu-docs are bug fixes and grammar changes.  Feel free
to start hacking away and updating things for Maverick.  Until you get
access to Ubuntu Core Doc or whatever feel free to send your patches/diffs
to myself and RIch and one of us will take care of them
