Online help

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone had ever done a readability measurement of  
the online help documents? I may be overstepping boundaries here but  
in my personal opinion the current layout structure seems inefficient.  
During my time with fedora and novell I found things progress much  
easier when the structure is accomodating to the intended audience.
